Euro Pratik Sales Share Price Declines 7% From Open Price on Listing Day

Euro Pratik Sales IPO opened for subscription on September 16, 2025, and closed on September 18, 2025. 

It was a book build issue of ₹451.39 crores. The issue is entirely an offer for sale of 1.83 crore shares of ₹451.39 crore. The Euro Pratik Sales IPO price band was set at ₹247 per share. 

The Euro Pratik Sales IPO was subscribed 1.41 times overall. By September 18, 2025 (Day 3, 5:04 PM), the public issue saw subscription of 1.31 times in the retail category, 1.10 times in the QIB segment (excluding anchor investors), and 2.02 times in the NII category.

The share allotment was finalised on Sep 19, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE and NSE on Tuesday, Sep 23, 2025.

On the listing day, on the NSE, Euro Pratik Sales share price (NSE: EUROPRATIK) opened at ₹272.10, up from its issue price of ₹247.00. At 10:29 AM, the share price was trading at ₹251.11, up by 1.86% from its issue price and down by 7.71% from its opening price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high at ₹278.00. The company’s market cap was ₹2,575.85 crore. 

On the BSE, at 10:31 AM, Euro Pratik Sales share price was trading at ₹251.70, down by 7.95% from its opening price of ₹273.45 and 1.90% up from its issue price of ₹247.00.
