On Aug 29, 2025, Engineers India shares are trading ex-date, meaning that the shareholders registered in the company’s books will be eligible for the cumulative ₹2 final dividend.

Engineers India Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board recommended a final dividend of ` 2/- (Rupee two only) per share (on the face value of `5/- each) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2024-25. The final dividend is subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.”

EIL has fixed Friday, 29th August 2025 as the “Record Date” for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend of `2/- per share (on face value of `5/ each) for the FY 2024-25, if declared at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting”

Engineers India Q1FY26 Earnings Highlights

Engineers India Ltd, a prominent public sector engineering consultancy, has released its financial results for the first quarter of FY26. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a 28.59% drop in net profit, which declined to ₹6,504.09 lakhs from ₹9,159.71 lakhs in Q1FY25. Despite the decrease in profits, the company demonstrated strong operational performance. Revenue from operations came in at ₹8.7 trillion, with total income reaching ₹9.0 trillion for the quarter. Total expenses were approximately ₹8.0 trillion, and profit before tax was reported at ₹9,726.41 lakhs.
