EFC (I) Limited has been awarded a general work contract for the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) located at Pashan in Pune. As per the exchange filings, the project has been sanctioned under the existing Rate Contract arrangement for Passport Seva Kendras across India
This is not the company’s first engagement under the Rate Contract. EFC has earlier worked on similar assignments at Passport Seva Kendras in Ahmedabad and Hyderabad. Both projects were completed as part of the same framework, adding to the company’s experience in handling such infrastructure facilities.
The contract for the Pashan PSK covers full interior turnkey fit-outs. This involves planning, design, and execution of interiors required for operational readiness. The scope is to ensure that the centre is functional and aligned with service requirements
As per the exchange filings, Mr Umesh Sahay, Managing Director of EFC (I) Limited, said: “We are honoured to be awarded yet another Passport Seva Kendra project under the Rate Contract. We are committed to deliver best.”
EFC (I) Limited is registered in Pune, Maharashtra. The company operates in the interior and infrastructure segment, with its work spanning commercial, institutional, and public sector projects. It provides design and build services and has executed multiple assignments in different cities

As of September 22, 2025, 10:11 AM, EFC (I) share price was trading at ₹319.85, a 0.66% increase from the previous closing price.
The Pashan project adds to EFC’s portfolio of Passport Seva Kendras. Following earlier work in Ahmedabad and Hyderabad, the new assignment shows a continuation of contracts under the PSK framework.
