Bonus Issues and Dividends 

Zen Technologies has announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 5:1, with the record date set for August 21, 2026. Organic Recycling Systems has declared a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:2, with a record date of August 20, 2026.  

Several companies, including Bandhan BankDelta Corp, and Sun TV Network, are scheduled to trade ex-dividend this week. 

Stock Splits and Rights Issues 

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company has fixed August 18, 2026, as the record date for a stock split, reducing the face value from ₹2 to ₹1. Alan Scott Enterprises has scheduled August 21, 2026, as the record date for its rights issue. 

Additional Corporate Actions 

Other corporate actions include buybacks by Industrial Investment Trust and Gandhi Special TubesInterise Trust and Cube Highways Trust are set for income distribution, while Ashutosh Paper Mills plans a reduction of capital.
