C.E. Info Systems Ltd, the parent company of MapmyIndia, has been awarded a ₹110.19 crore contract by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for the development and operation of a centralised vehicle tracking and management system. 

The 5-year project underscores the company’s technological expertise in smart mobility solutions and IOCL’s commitment to advancing digital infrastructure in its nationwide logistics operations.

Nationwide Vehicle Monitoring System

Under this contract, C.E. Info Systems will oversee the complete implementation of IOCL’s centralised vehicle tracking system, integrating IoT-based hardware, cloud-enabled software, and data intelligence tools. 

The system will enable real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and automated reporting through a 24×7 command centre, ensuring efficient tracking of thousands of vehicles across IOCL’s supply chain. The platform is designed to enhance operational safety, streamline fleet utilisation, and improve logistics transparency across India’s largest fuel distribution network.

Enhancing Efficiency Through Technology

By leveraging MapmyIndia’s location technology and digital mapping expertise, the system will offer smart insights into route optimisation, maintenance planning, and performance tracking. These tools will empower IOCL to make faster, data-backed decisions while reducing emissions and downtime.

C.E. Info Systems and Indian Oil Corporation Share Price Performance
