Brigade Enterprises Ink Agreement for a ₹1,200 Crore GDV Residential Project in Bengaluru

Brigade Enterprises Limited has signed a joint development agreement to build a residential project in Banashankari, South Bengaluru. The development will be spread across 7.5 acres and has a gross development value (GDV) of about ₹1,200 crore.
Location and Connectivity
The project is located in Banashankari, an area known for established infrastructure and connectivity. It will offer residential apartments with access to nearby transport links, educational institutions, and commercial hubs.
As per the exchange filings, Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Ltd, stated, "Banashankari represents a unique blend of heritage and connectivity, supported by social and physical infrastructure, making it ideal for quality residential development."
Other Projects in Bengaluru
As per the news reports, the company is currently working on multiple projects across Bengaluru. In North-West Bengaluru, it is developing the Twin Towers project, which recently received an investment of ₹126 crore from Shruti Pai, Creative Director at Manipal Education and Medical Group International India.
East Bengaluru Expansion
Earlier this month, Brigade announced a tie-up for a luxury housing project in East Bengaluru. The project will cover 10.75 acres with a potential saleable area of 2.5 million square feet. The company expects a revenue of about ₹2,500 crore from this development.
Brigade Enterprises is active across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, and GIFT City. Its portfolio includes residential, office, retail, hospitality, and education developments.
