Valiant Communications Limited and Ujaas Energy Limited have both fixed Friday, October 10, 2025, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for their respective bonus share issuances.
This means investors holding shares of these companies as of tomorrow will be entitled to receive additional shares as part of their bonus allotments. Both companies aim to enhance shareholder value and improve stock liquidity through these corporate actions.
Valiant Communications Limited will issue up to 38,14,030 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹10 each as bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2, meaning one new share will be allotted for every two existing shares held.
In accordance with SEBI circular CIR/CFD/PoD/2024/122 dated September 16, 2024, the deemed date of allotment is set for Monday, October 13, 2025 (T+1 Day). The company will submit the necessary documents to the depositories by 12 PM on the same day, ensuring the new shares are available for trading by Tuesday, October 14, 2025 (T+2 Day).
Meanwhile, Ujaas Energy Limited has announced a 2:1 bonus share issue, offering two new fully paid-up equity shares of ₹1 each for every one existing equity share held by shareholders. The record date is also October 10, 2025, with the deemed allotment date on October 13, 2025, and trading of new shares commencing October 14, 2025.

With both companies setting October 10, 2025, as the record date, shareholders holding Valiant Communications or Ujaas Energy shares in their demat account by the end of trading tomorrow will be eligible for the upcoming bonus shares.
