Blue Dart Express Limited’s Board of Directors has declared and approved the dividend of ₹25 per equity share payable on 2,37,27,934 equity shares of ₹10 each.
The company has declared a dividend of ₹25 per equity share of ₹10 each, payable on 2,37,27,934 equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Record Date for determining the entitlement of members to receive the dividend has been fixed as Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
The company stated that subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be paid on or after Wednesday, August 20, 2025, to members whose names appear in the Register of Members and to the beneficial owners as per the details provided by the depositories as of the Record Date.
For the quarter ended June 30, 2025, the company reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹469 million, indicating stable performance in a dynamic market landscape.
Revenue from operations came in at ₹14,419 million, underscoring sustained customer confidence and the robustness of its service offerings.
On August 4, 2025, Blue Dart Express share price (NSE: BLUEDART) opened at ₹5,960.00 and closed at ₹5,798.00, down by 1.53%. The stock price touched its day’s low at ₹5,770.00.

The company had also declared a dividend of ₹25 per share in the previous year, with a record date of July 12, 2024. Shareholders must hold shares in a valid demat account as of the record date to be eligible for the dividend.
