Berger Paints India has announced a final dividend of ₹3.80 per share (380%) for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. This recommendation was made during the board meeting held on May 14, 2025, and will be confirmed at the 101st Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company has fixed Tuesday, August 5, 2025, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for both dividend payment and AGM participation. If approved by shareholders, the dividend will be paid within the legally stipulated period.
Berger Paints India Ltd is a multinational paint company headquartered in Kolkata. It operates 16 manufacturing plants across India, including locations such as Howrah, Rishra, Taloja, Goa, Devla, Hindupur, Jejuri, Jammu, Puducherry, Anand, and others. Internationally, the company has two production facilities in Nepal, and one each in Poland, Russia, and Pakistan, highlighting its global presence in the paint and coatings industry.
