On Sep 22, 2025, BEML shares are trading ex-date, meaning that the shareholders registered in the company’s books will be eligible for the ₹1.20 final dividend.
BEML Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors of the Company in its 413th meeting held on 06.06.2025, inter-alia, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.20/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (i.e. 12% of paid-up share capital) for the financial year 2024-25.”

BEML achieved a landmark performance in FY25, recording its highest-ever order book of ₹14,610 crore and posting a record profit before tax of ₹405.43 crore. The company made significant strides in strategic defence and rail sectors, showcasing its indigenous design and development capabilities. Key achievements include the successful design and development of the High Mobility Vehicle (HMV) 12x12 for strategic weapon systems and the Self-Propelled Mine Burrier (SPMB), which has cleared crucial trials.
Additionally, BEML introduced the first-of-its-kind air-cooled engine-based rigid axle HMV for artillery gun towing and developed an armoured HMV 6x6 for the Mounted Gun System.
The 1500 hp engine program progressed to its next development phase, with the first engine sent to the UK for mechanical and combustion optimisation. In the rail sector, BEML delivered and completed successful trials for the first Vande Bharat Sleeper Trains. It also secured prestigious orders for the design, development, and supply of metro trains for both Bangalore and Chennai Metros, along with a high-speed train project for Indian Railways—solidifying its position as a key player in India’s mobility and defence ecosystem.
