Bartronics India Share Price Jump 12% on Net Zero MOU, Hit Fresh High

Bartronics India share price (NSE: ASMS) rose over 12% to touch an intraday high of ₹16.89 on the BSE. At 11:45 AM, the stock traded 5.5% higher at ₹15.9 compared to the previous close of ₹15.07. The company’s market cap stood at ₹484.28 crore. The stock has gained over 30% from its recent 52-week low of ₹11.57 but is still down 17% on a YTD basis.
MoU with Net Zero Initiative
The rally came after Bartronics announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Net Zero Initiative (RenewCred). The agreement aims to explore projects in sustainable agriculture and carbon credit generation using Bartronics’ farmer network and Net Zero’s technology platform.
The collaboration will focus on:
- Creating a blockchain-based carbon credits registry.
- Using IoT, AI, drone surveys, and satellite monitoring for real-time farm data.
- Promoting regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, and farmer training.
- Helping farmers earn additional income through high-quality carbon credits.
The company clarified that the MoU is non-binding and exploratory in nature.

AGM and Financials
Bartronics also announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 30, 2025.
In Q1FY26, revenue fell 35% YoY to ₹8.83 crore from ₹13.57 crore. Net profit dropped 50% to ₹44.71 lakh, while expenses reduced to ₹7.29 crore from ₹10.53 crore.
