Following the successful IPO, Atlanta Electricals shares listed at ₹858.10 on the BSE, marking a premium of ₹104.10 or 13.81% over its issue price of ₹754. On the NSE, shares opened at ₹857 apiece, translating to a gain of 13.66% for investors on debut.
Atlanta Electricals IPO opened from September 22 to 24, saw overwhelming investor interest, and was being subscribed to a remarkable 72.16 times overall.
The ₹687.85 crore IPO was a mix of a fresh issue worth ₹400.51 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) amounting to ₹287.34 crore. The price band for the issue was set at ₹718–₹754 per share, with a minimum lot size of 19 shares, requiring a retail investment of ₹14,326 at the upper end.
Atlanta Electricals plans to utilise ₹79.12 crore from the fresh issue proceeds for repayment of certain outstanding borrowings. Another ₹210 crore is allocated toward working capital requirements, while the remaining funds will support general corporate purposes.
