Apple has officially announced the opening of its Pune retail store, marking another milestone in its India journey, as per the news report. With the launch, the company is further strengthening its retail and services footprint in one of its fastest-growing markets.
Apple Koregaon Park, the company’s first retail store in Pune, is set to open on September 4 at 1 p.m. IST. This new addition will take Apple’s total retail outlets in India to four, reflecting its growing focus on the Indian market.
The barricade at the Pune location was unveiled with artwork inspired by India’s national bird, the Peacock. The design, which represents pride and vibrancy, aligns with Apple’s creative themes, also seen in its Bengaluru store, Apple Hebbal. Together, these stores highlight Apple’s consistent effort to blend local culture with global retail design.
At Apple Koregaon Park, visitors will be able to experience the complete Apple product range, try out new features, and receive guidance from trained Specialists, Creatives, and Geniuses. Business-focused teams will also be present to provide support to professional customers.
Customers can take part in Today at Apple sessions, free hands-on workshops that cover various areas such as photography, music, art, coding, and more. These interactive sessions are designed to help users make the most of their devices.
Alongside physical retail expansion, Apple is enhancing its digital-first services in India. Initiatives like Shop with a Specialist over Video and improvements to the Apple Store app aim to give customers a more personalised and secure shopping experience.
Ahead of the Pune launch, Apple has rolled out exclusive wallpapers, a curated Apple Music playlist inspired by the sounds of Pune, and further details about the store on its website. These elements are intended to create excitement and connect with local audiences.
