Airfloa Rail Technology’s IPO was massively oversubscribed, receiving 301.52 times subscription overall. By September 15, 2025, 5:04 PM (Day 3), the public issue was subscribed 330.31 times by individual investors, 214.65 times by QIBs (excluding anchor investors), and 349.88 times in the NII category.
The share allotment was finalised on Sep 16, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE SME platform on Thursday, Sep 18, 2025.
On the listing day, on the BSE, Airfloa Rail Technology share price (AIRFLOA) opened at ₹266, up from its issue price of ₹140. At 10:25 AM, the share price was trading at ₹279.30, up by 99.50% from its issue price and up by 5% from its opening price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high at ₹279.30. The company’s market cap was ₹669.48 crore.
Incorporated in December 1998, Airfloa Rail Technology Limited specializes in manufacturing components for Indian Railways’ rolling stock through its production units, including the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) and other key coach factories.
The company is engaged in producing rolling stock components as well as executing turnkey interior projects for Indian Railways. It also manufactures highly complex and critical parts for the aerospace and defence sectors.
Over the years, Airfloa Rail Technology has supplied rolling stock components and delivered interior solutions for several prestigious projects such as the Sri Lankan DEMU, Mainline Coaches, Agra–Kanpur Metro, RRTS, Vistadome Coaches, and the Train-18 Vande Bharat Express.
As a trusted supplier to Indian Railways, the company is known for delivering high-precision components and complete interior furnishing solutions for rolling stock. Beyond railways, it contributes to aerospace and defence projects by developing components for advanced initiatives, including AMCA ground simulators and artillery tank bodies.
