
Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) has announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary named Munger Sultanganj Road Limited (MSRL). The new entity was incorporated in India on November 3, 2025, and is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The incorporation reflects AEL’s ongoing commitment to infrastructure development across India.
MSRL has been established with a subscribed capital of ₹1,00,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each. Adani Enterprises will hold 100% of the share capital, making MSRL a fully owned subsidiary of the company. The new entity belongs to the infrastructure sector and will focus on road construction and development projects.
The primary objective of Munger Sultanganj Road Limited is to carry out the development, maintenance, and management of the project titled “Construction of Ganga Path Connecting Munger (Safiabad)–Bariyarpur–Ghorghat–Sultanganj Road” in the state of Bihar. The project will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), a public-private partnership model that combines the benefits of both EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) models.
The project aims to improve road connectivity and infrastructure in Bihar, enhancing regional mobility and supporting economic growth along the Ganga corridor.
On November 4, 2025, Adani Enterprises share price (NSE: ADANIENT) opened at ₹2,479.80, up from its previous close of ₹2,467.00. At 10:55 AM, the share price of Adani Enterprises was trading at ₹2,452.70, down by 0.55% on the NSE.
