ACME Solar Share Price in Focus; Q2 FY26 Results Revenue Jumps 104% YoY

ACME Solar Holdings Limited reported a financial performance for the second quarter of FY26, driven by capacity expansion and improved operational efficiency. 

The company’s consolidated revenue grew by 103.8% year-on-year, while EBITDA and profit after tax (PAT) surged by 108.3% and 652.1% respectively.

The EBITDA margin improved to 88.8% in Q2 FY26 from 86.8% in the same quarter last year, reflecting better operating leverage and cost optimisation. The PAT margin stood at 19.1%, indicating a strong profitability profile.

Standalone Financials

On a standalone basis, which includes the in-house EPC business for the company’s own projects, ACME Solar reported total revenue of ₹829 crore and EBITDA of ₹167 crore for the first half of FY26. This translated into an EBITDA margin of 20.2%, highlighting efficiency in project execution and cost management.

Capacity Expansion and Order Book

During Q2 FY26, ACME Solar partially commissioned 28 MW out of the 100 MW Acme Eco Clean (wind) project in Gujarat, taking the total commissioned capacity for H1 FY26 to 378 MW. The operational portfolio is projected to deliver an annual project EBITDA of ₹2,025–2,075 crore, yielding a pre-tax ROCE of around 14.5%.

The company secured 720 MW/2,460 MWh of solar and energy storage projects, along with 550 MWh standalone battery energy storage capacity, expanding its total portfolio to 7,390 MW and 13.5 GWh of BESS installations.

Operational Highlights

Power generation rose to 1,539 million units in Q2 FY26, up 133.8% year-on-year, driven by higher capacity utilisation and new capacity additions. The capacity utilisation factor improved to 24.1% from 22.2% a year ago, with plant and grid availability at 99.5% and 99.4% respectively.
