ABB India Limited has confirmed securing an important supply order from Siemens Gamesa Renewable Power Private Limited, Chennai, valued at ₹173.55 crore.
The order includes manufacture and supply of 3.X wind turbine converters and electrical cabinets, produced at ABB’s Nelamangala factory. Monthly deliveries are planned from January 2026 to December 2026 as part of this domestic contract.
The contract awarded by Siemens Gamesa is for supplying critical components including wind turbine converters and electrical cabinets on a built-to-print basis. This domestic supply order is scheduled for execution with monthly deliveries spanning the entire year of 2026, ensuring a steady workflow and supply chain engagement for ABB’s manufacturing units.
The overall order value stands at ₹173,55,00,000 (Rupees One seventy-three crore fifty-five lakh only), marking a significant business milestone for ABB India within the renewable energy equipment sector.
This supply contract is free from any promoter or promoter group interest in Siemens Gamesa, confirming the transaction is independent. Additionally, it does not classify as a related party transaction, indicating it was concluded on an arm’s length basis.
