LTIMindtree has launched a new integrated offering called GCC-as-a-Service, aimed at helping global companies build and manage their Global Capability Centres (GCCs), as per the reports. The service was announced on July 1, 2025, and is to support operations in India and other international markets.
The offering spans the entire Build, Operate, Transform, and Transfer (BOTT) cycle. It allows organisations to start from scratch or improve existing GCCs. Services include legal setup, infrastructure planning, transition support, and operations management.
Companies can opt for modular support, choosing specific services or going for a full-stack solution. The model works on a per-seat or per-service basis, offering flexibility to enterprises depending on their needs and scale of operations.
The service is backed by LTIMindtree’s BlueVerse Agentic AI ecosystem, with AI studios located in India, Europe, and the US. It also includes the Talent Engage platform for onboarding and operations, and the Shoshin system for continuous learning and development.

As per news reports, India hosts over 1,700 GCCs as of now. These centres added around 1.8 lakh tech jobs in 2024, reflecting a 17% year-on-year growth. The sector is projected to touch $105 billion in value by 2030, employing close to 24 lakh people.
The launch follows a similar move by staffing firm Quess Corp, which introduced “Origint” in June. These platforms are part of a growing segment that provides end-to-end GCC support to companies looking to expand without directly managing setup processes.
LTIMindtree’s service also includes structured handover mechanisms under its Transfer model, helping clients gradually take full ownership of the centre after setup and operations have stabilised.
As of 10:26 AM on July 2, 2025, LTIMindtree share price was at ₹5,305.50, a 0.02% increase. The stock is down 7.53% over the past 6 months and 2.81% over the past year.
With this offering, LTIMindtree is adding to the list of service providers supporting GCC development through structured, AI-supported operational models across geographies.
