Larsen & Toubro (L&T)(NSE: LT) Board of Directors has declared and approved a final dividend of ₹34 per equity share of face value of ₹2 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
The company's Board of Directors has proposed a final dividend of ₹34 per share (face value ₹2) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, compared to ₹28 per share in the previous year.
The dividend will be paid upon shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The record date to determine eligible shareholders for the dividend has been set as Tuesday, June 3, 2025.
The company delivered another year of performance across all metrics. Order inflows surpassed ₹3.5 lakh crore during FY’25, marking an 18% year-on-year growth. This reflects strong demand across business verticals and a healthy project pipeline.
Total revenue for the year crossed ₹2.5 lakh crore, registering a 16% y-o-y increase, while consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹15,037 crore, up 15% y-o-y, underscoring consistent profitability and efficient execution.
On May 30, 2025, LT share price opened at ₹3,655.30 and closed at ₹3,672.00, up by 0.46%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹3,695.30.
