India’s primary market is set to a relatively quiet week for initial public offerings (IPOs), with no new mainboard IPOs scheduled to open for subscription.
However, activity will continue in the SME segment, where one IPO is set to open. This comes amid ongoing volatility in the secondary markets, with sharp swings and cautious investor sentiment influenced by rising oil prices and global uncertainties.
| Company | Segment | Subscription Dates | Price Band |
| Amba Auto Sales & Services | SME | Apr 27 – Apr 29, 2026 | ₹130 – ₹135 |
The SME segment will see one new offering this week, with Amba Auto Sales & Services launching its IPO on the BSE SME platform.
The company plans to raise ₹65.12 crore through a fresh issue of 48 lakh shares, with the entire proceeds going to the company. The price band for the issue has been fixed at ₹130–₹135 per share.
Investors can bid for a minimum of two lots of 1,000 shares each.
Amba Auto Sales & Services operates as an authorised dealer of Bajaj Auto and LG Electronics India, engaged in the sale of two-wheelers and commercial vehicles. In addition to vehicle sales, the company also provides after-sales services such as repairs, spare parts, lubricants, and accessories, along with consumer electronics distribution.

The IPO pipeline for the week remains limited, with activity restricted to the SME segment and no participation from mainboard issuances. While primary market momentum appears subdued, ongoing listings and selective SME offerings indicate that investor engagement continues, albeit cautiously, amid broader market volatility.
