1. Adisoft Technologies IPO

The Adisoft Technologies IPO is a book-built issue worth about ₹74.10 crore and consists of a fresh issue of around 0.43 crore shares. The IPO will open for subscription from April 23, 2026 to April 27, 2026, with the allotment expected on April 28, 2026 and a tentative listing on the NSE SME on April 30, 2026.

The IPO is being managed by Hem Securities Ltd, with Kfin Technologies Ltd acting as the registrar, and Hem Finlease Pvt Ltd serving as the market maker.

2. Leapfrog Engineering Services IPO

The Leapfrog Engineering Services Ltd IPO is a book-built issue worth about ₹88.51 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 3.46 crore shares valued at ₹79.60 crore and an offer for sale of 0.39 crore shares worth ₹8.91 crore. The IPO will open for subscription from April 23, 2026 to April 27, 2026, with allotment expected on April 28, 2026 and a tentative listing on the BSE SME on April 30, 2026.

The issue is being managed by Finshore Management Services Ltd, with Integrated Registry Management Services Pvt Ltd as the registrar and Anant Securities Ltd acting as the market maker.
