Upcoming IPOs This Week: 6 SME Issues Including Vegorama Punjabi Angithi, Autofurnish To Open For Subscription

India’s primary market activity will remain focused on the SME segment this week, with 6 new IPOs set to open for subscription. While no fresh mainboard public issue is scheduled, investors will closely track SME offerings from sectors including food processing, restaurants, automotive accessories, textiles, and construction solutions.

The upcoming SME IPOs include NFP Sampoorna Foods, Teamtech Formwork Solutions, Harikanta Overseas, Vegorama Punjabi Angithi, Autofurnish, and M R Maniveni Foods. Meanwhile, RFBL Flexi Pack and Goldline Pharmaceuticals are expected to make their stock market debut this week.

Food And Restaurant Companies Dominate SME IPO Line-Up

Among the upcoming issues, Vegorama Punjabi Angithi IPO has attracted significant attention. The restaurant operator plans to raise ₹38.30 crore through a mix of fresh issue and offer-for-sale. The IPO will open on May 20 and close on May 22, with a price band fixed at ₹73–₹77 per share.

Another food-sector offering, NFP Sampoorna Foods IPO, will open from May 18 to May 20. The company aims to raise ₹24.53 crore through a completely fresh issue. The dry fruit distributor primarily imports raw cashews from Africa and focuses on premium cashew processing and distribution.

M R Maniveni Foods, a dal wholesaler, will also enter the market later this week with a ₹27.04 crore fresh issue.

Construction, Textile And Auto Accessory Firms Launch IPOs

Teamtech Formwork Solutions IPO will open from May 19 to May 21 with a price band of ₹61–₹63 per share. The company manufactures and rents customised formwork systems used in the construction industry.

Harikanta Overseas, a synthetic textile fabric manufacturer, plans to raise ₹25.63 crore through a fresh issue opening on May 20.

Meanwhile, automotive accessories maker Autofurnish will launch its fixed-price IPO at ₹41 per share from May 21 to May 25. The company operates under the ‘Autofurnish’ and ‘Mototrance’ brands.
