The primary market is gearing up for another action-packed week, with 20 fresh initial public offerings (IPO) ready to open for subscription. This includes 4 mainboard issues and 16 from the SME segment, highlighting the sustained investor enthusiasm in both arenas.
Among the four mainboard IPOs, Glottis, Fabtech Technologies, Om Freight Forwarders, and Advance Agrolife will be opening between September 29 and October 3. Each of these companies is offering equity shares within defined price bands, allowing investors to evaluate based on valuations and sector outlook.
Glottis IPO will open for subscription on September 29 and close on October 1, with a price band set at ₹120 to ₹129 per share.
Similarly, Fabtech Technologies IPO will also open on September 29 and close on October 1, with shares priced between ₹181 and ₹191 per share.
Om Freight Forwarders IPO follows the same open date—September 29—but will remain open until October 3. The price band for this issue is ₹128 to ₹135 per share.
Advance Agrolife IPO is scheduled to open on September 30 and will close on October 3. The issue is priced in the range of ₹95 to ₹100 per share.
One of the most anticipated issues of the week is WeWork India Management Ltd. The company is launching a ₹3,000 crore book-built offer, entirely comprising an offer for sale (OFS) of 4.63 crore equity shares. The IPO will open for subscription on October 3 and close on October 7.
The SME segment is buzzing with activity, as 16 IPOs are scheduled to open in the coming week.
