
3 companies namely Bombay Coated and Special Steels, Bonfiglioli Transmissions, and Swaraj Green Power, have received IPO approval from SEBI, as per The Moneycontrol news report.
This clearance allows the companies to move forward with listing their equity shares on both BSE and NSE.
The approval by SEBI paves the way for Bombay Coated and Special Steels, Bonfiglioli Transmissions, and Swaraj Green Power to raise funds via initial public offerings.
Bombay Coated refiled its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) in January 2026, Bonfiglioli in February, and Swaraj in March.
SEBI provided observations on the draft papers for Bombay Coated and Swaraj on June 12, and for Bonfiglioli on June 11.
Bombay Coated and Special Steels, a steel processing centre, plans to funds through the IPO, which consists of an entirely fresh issue.
The proceeds are intended for debt repayment, acquiring capital equipment under existing lease agreements with Siemens Financial Services, and general corporate purposes.
Bonfiglioli Transmissions, a subsidiary of Italy-based Bonfiglioli S.p.A, aims to raise funds entirely through an offer-for-sale.
The offer-for-sale will involve up to 4.7 crore equity shares by promoter Bonfiglioli S.p.A.

Swaraj Green Power and Fuel, engaged in ethanol production and sugar manufacturing, operates from Satara, Maharashtra. Like the other companies, Swaraj is also gearing up for its IPO listing on the BSE and NSE.
SEBI's approval grants Bombay Coated and Special Steels, Bonfiglioli Transmissions, and Swaraj Green Power the opportunity to list their shares and raise funds.
