Sagility India IPO Last Day Subscription Hits 0.43x as of 12:42 PM

Sagility India IPO, one of the upcoming IPOs in India, opened for subscription on November 5, 2024, and will close today on November 7, 2024.
The share allotment is expected to be finalised on November 8, 2024. The shares are expected to be listed on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, on both BSE and NSE.
Sagility India IPO is a book-built issue valued at ₹2,106.60 crore. It contains only an offer for sale of 70.22 crore shares.
The price band of Sagility India IPO is set between ₹28 and ₹30 per share. The lot size is 500 shares. The minimum investment required for a retail investor is ₹15,000. Additionally, the issue reserves up to 19,00,000 shares for employees at a discount of ₹2 per share from the issue price.
The objectives of the offer are to get the benefits of listing the equity shares on the stock exchanges and to carry out the offer for sale of up to 702,199,262 equity shares of the face value of ₹10 each by the promoter selling shareholder.
As of November 7, 2024, at 10:54 AM, the Sagility India IPO GMP is ₹0.30.

- On Day 1, November 5, 2024, Sagility India IPO was subscribed 0.23 times overall. The retail category was subscribed 1.14 times, QIB at 0.00 times, and NII at 0.08 times, while the employee category stands at 1.43 times.
- On Day 2, November 6, 2024, Sagility India IPO was subscribed 0.52 times. The retail category was subscribed 2.26 times, QIB at 0.07 times, and NII at 0.24 times, while the employee category stands at 2.47 times.
- On Day 3, November 7, 2024, as of 12:42 PM, Sagility India IPO was subscribed 0.43 times. The retail category was subscribed 1.64 times, QIB at 0.13 times, and NII at 0.21 times, while the employee category stands at 1.90 times.
