Jio Platforms IPO Key Details and Pricing

The IPO Committee has approved a price band for the offering, ranging from ₹1,065 to ₹1,119 per equity share. The minimum bid lot is 12 equity shares, with eligible employees receiving a ₹54 discount per share.

Jio Platforms IPO Key Dates and Allocation

The bidding process for anchor investors is set for October 19, 2026.

General subscription opens on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, and closes on Friday, October 23, 2026. Following the closure, the finalisation of the basis of allotment with the designated stock exchange will take place on or about Monday, October 26, 2026.

The initiation of refunds (or unblocking of funds from the ASBA account) as well as the credit of equity shares to the depository accounts of the allottees are both scheduled to occur on or about Tuesday, October 27, 2026.

Finally, the commencement of trading of the equity shares on the stock exchanges is expected to begin on or about Wednesday, October 28, 2026.

Jio Platforms IPO Capital Matrix Narrative Summary

For the upcoming Jio Platforms IPO, the Gross Issue Size is established at ₹30,213.00 Crore at the cap price of ₹1,119, scaling down to ₹28,755.00 Crore at the floor price of ₹1,065, as per news reports.

While internal corporate incentives, such as the employee discount reduce the actual cash entering the corporate treasury to a Net Cash Proceeds of ₹30,188.87 Crore at the cap price and ₹28,729.65 Crore at the floor price, the baseline market valuation remains unchanged.

Across both pricing boundaries, the capital structure is anchored by a fixed volume of 27,00,00,000 Total Shares Created.

The gross issue metric remains the standard baseline for institutional comparisons, as employee shares instantly achieve open-market fungibility upon listing, and any unsubscribed employee quotas automatically revert to the general public at the full public offering price.
