State Bank of India: Corporate Selling Shareholder offering up to 1,59,69,410 Equity Shares with a weighted average cost of acquisition of ₹0.80 per share.
Canada Pension Plan Investment Board: Corporate Selling Shareholder offering up to 1,18,74,060 Equity Shares with a weighted average cost of acquisition of ₹324.13 per share.
Aranda Investments (Mauritius) Pte Ltd: Corporate Selling Shareholder offering up to 1,12,46,336 Equity Shares with a weighted average cost of acquisition of ₹62.38 per share.
MS Strategic (Mauritius) Limited: Corporate Selling Shareholder offering up to 1,10,00,000 Equity Shares with a weighted average cost of acquisition of ₹66.54 per share.
The New India Assurance Company Ltd.: Corporate Selling Shareholder offering up to 1,05,00,000 Equity Shares with a weighted average cost of acquisition of ₹0.32 per share.
SBI Capital Markets Limited (SS): Corporate Selling Shareholder offering up to 87,80,590 Equity Shares with a weighted average cost of acquisition of ₹0.38 per share.
Bank of Baroda: Corporate Selling Shareholder offering up to 76,90,375 Equity Shares with a weighted average cost of acquisition of ₹0.54 per share.
Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited: Corporate Selling Shareholder offering up to 61,87,500 Equity Shares with a weighted average cost of acquisition of ₹0.46 per share.
General Insurance Corporation of India: Corporate Selling Shareholder offering up to 61,87,500 Equity Shares with a weighted average cost of acquisition of ₹5.26 per share.
United India Insurance Company Limited: Corporate Selling Shareholder offering up to 60,00,000 Equity Shares with a weighted average cost of acquisition of ₹0.50 per share.
Changes in Proposed NSE IPO's Stake Sale
Several shareholders have adjusted their proposed stake sales. Stock Holding Corporation of India has reduced its offer by 47 lakh shares, while General Insurance Corporation of India has reduced the OFS by nearly 45 lakh shares.
Bank of Baroda has also decreased its proposed sale by nearly 33 lakh shares. In contrast, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Aranda Investments have maintained their original sale quantities.

NSE IPO's Price Band and Issue Size
The price band for the NSE IPO is set between ₹1,700 and ₹1,785 per share. At the upper end, the issue size stands at ₹22,568.94 crore.
This represents a reduction from the initial plan, which aimed to sell 14,89,05,525 shares, initially estimated at around ₹30,000 crore.
