The National Stock Exchange (NSE) Initial Public Offering (IPO) is nearing its subscription deadline, set to close on September 21, 2026.  

Investors have the opportunity to participate in this Offer for Sale (OFS) with a minimum investment of ₹14,280 for 1 lot, comprising 8 shares. The issue size stands at ₹22,561.57 crore, and the shares will be listed on BSE Limited. 

Key Details of NSE IPO 

The NSE IPO bidding period commenced on September 17, 2026, and will conclude on September 21, 2026. Investors can place bids within the price range of ₹1,700 to ₹1,785 per share. Retail investors are offered a discount of ₹170. The maximum investment allowed is ₹1,99,920 for 14 lots, totalling 112 shares. 

The IPO involves an Offer for Sale of up to 12.64 crore equity shares, each with a face value of ₹1. As there is no fresh issue, the proceeds will be directed to the selling shareholders after deducting offer-related expenses. NSE will not receive any proceeds from this IPO. 

Important Dates and Subscription Details of NSE IPO 

Following the IPO closing on September 21, 2026, the basis of allotment is likely to be finalised on September 22, 2026. Refunds will be initiated on September 23, 2026, and shares will be transferred to demat accounts on the same day. The IPO listing is likely to be on September 24, 2026. 

As of Day 1, the IPO subscription details are as follows: Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) subscribed 0.19x, Non-Institutional Investors (NII) 0.72x, and retail investors 0.44x, resulting in a total subscription of 0.43x. 

As of Day 2, the IPO subscription details are as follows: Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) subscribed 1.53x, Non-Institutional Investors (NII) 1.68x, and retail investors 0.72x, resulting in a total subscription of 1.16x. 

As of Day 3 (till 10:40 AM), the IPO subscription details are as follows: Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) subscribed 1.83x, Non-Institutional Investors (NII) 2.23x, and retail investors 0.86x, resulting in a total subscription of 1.43x.
