Mother Nutri Foods, a Gujarat-based maker of flavoured peanut butter, will open its first public offer on 26 November 2025. The issue will close on November 28, following an anchor investors round on November 25. The basis of allotment is planned for December 1, and trading on the BSE SME platform is scheduled for December 3, 2025.
The company aims to raise ₹39.6 crore through a book-built Initial Public Offering (IPO) priced between ₹111 and ₹117 per share. This includes a fresh issue of 27.07 lakh shares worth ₹31.67 crore, and an offer-for-sale of 6.76 lakh shares by promoter Umeshbhai Kantilal Sheth, accounting for ₹7.92 crore. The total public issue amounts to 33.84 lakh equity shares.
From the fresh issue proceeds, ₹23.2 crore will be used to build a new manufacturing facility at Mahuva in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. The remaining funds will be allocated for general corporate purposes, as stated in the red herring prospectus.
The company operates mainly in the B2B peanut butter segment, offering flavours such as chocolate, coconut, honey, cinnamon, pineapple and strawberry. Chocolate-based products contribute the most to its revenue.
For the 6 months ending September 2025, the company posted ₹50.2 crore in revenue and a ₹5.3 crore profit. In FY25, profit increased to ₹6.5 crore, up from ₹4.8 crore in FY24, while revenue rose from ₹80.9 crore to ₹90.2 crore. Khambatta Securities Ltd is handling the issue as the lead manager.
