On the BSE, Indo-MIM share price listed at ₹703 per share, reflecting a 44.95% premium over the issue price. Following the listing, the company's market capitalisation stood at ₹34,762.01 crore.

The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue primarily towards the repayment or prepayment, in full or part, of certain outstanding borrowings amounting to ₹400 crore. The remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Indo-MIM manufactures precision engineering components using metal injection molding (MIM) technology. Incorporated in 1996, the company provides end-to-end manufacturing solutions, including mould design, tooling, finishing, and assembly.
Besides MIM technology, the company also offers investment casting, precision machining, ceramic injection molding, and 3D metal printing. During FY2026, it manufactured more than 6,400 products for industries including automotive, defence, medical, consumer, and aerospace.
The company reported higher revenue and profit in FY2026 compared with FY2025. Total income increased to ₹4,320.70 crore in FY2026 from ₹3,373.97 crore in FY2025, while profit after tax rose to ₹533.54 crore from ₹423.73 crore.
EBITDA also improved to ₹1,070.92 crore in FY2026 compared with ₹932.60 crore a year earlier. Meanwhile, the company's total borrowings declined to ₹1,090.49 crore as of March 31, 2026, from ₹1,247.20 crore on March 31, 2025.
Indo-MIM IPO began trading with a 44.33% premium on the NSE, listing at ₹700 per share against its issue price of ₹485. The company operates in the precision engineering sector, and the IPO proceeds from the fresh issue will primarily be used to reduce debt.
