The company is expected to finalise the basis of allotment by December 26, with the shares slated to debut on the stock exchanges on December 30. Nirbhay Capital Services is acting as the sole merchant banker for the IPO.
The IPO consists entirely of a fresh issue of 2.2 crore equity shares, with no offer-for-sale component. Retail investors can apply for a minimum of one lot consisting of 128 shares, translating to an investment of ₹14,592 at the upper end of the price band. Applications can thereafter be made in multiples of 128 shares.
The issue allocation comprises 75% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 15% for non-institutional investors (NIIs), and the remaining 10% reserved for retail investors.
For small high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), the minimum application size is 1,792 shares, requiring an investment of ₹2.04 lakh, while big HNIs must bid for at least 8,832 shares, amounting to an investment of ₹10 lakh.
The company plans to utilise ₹77 crore from the IPO proceeds towards the acquisition of Parekhs Hospital in Ahmedabad and ₹10.78 crore for acquiring an additional stake in its subsidiary, Harmony Medicare, based in Bharuch.
Additionally, ₹12.4 crore will be used for part-payment of the purchase consideration for the already acquired Ashwini Medical Centre. The company has also earmarked ₹30 crore for setting up a new hospital in Vadodara, ₹6.8 crore for the procurement of robotic medical equipment, and ₹1.2 crore for repayment of certain borrowings. The balance funds will be deployed for inorganic expansion and general corporate purposes.
