GK Energy IPO, one of the anticipated upcoming IPOs, opened for subscription on September 19, 2025 to September 23, 2025. 

GK Energy IPO Allotment Status and Listing Details

The company would have finalised the share allotments yesterday, Wednesday, Sep 24, 2025. Successful bidders can expect the shares to be credited to their demat accounts today, Sep 25, 2025. Those who did not receive an allotment will likely receive refunds on the same day.

The GK Energy share is expected to be listed on the NSE and BSE on Friday, Sep 26, 2025.

GK Energy IPO Structure and Offer Size

This IPO was a book build issue of ₹464.26 crore. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 2.61 crore shares aggregating to ₹400.00 crore and offer for sale of 0.42 crore shares aggregating to ₹64.26 crore.

The price band for the GK Energy IPO was set at ₹145 to ₹153 per share, with a minimum application lot size of 98 shares, requiring retail investors to invest at least ₹14,994. 

Subscription Status

GK Energy IPO saw an overall subscription of 93.58 times. By 5:04:34 PM on September 23, 2025 (Day 3), the issue was subscribed 21.78 times in the retail segment, 193.01 times in the QIB (excluding anchor), and 128.56 times in the NII category.
