
XED Executive Development has announced a $12 million initial public offering at GIFT City. The public issue will open on March 6, 2026, under the IFSCA regulatory framework.
XED Executive Development has fixed a price band of $10 to $10.5 per share for its $12 million IPO. The issue will open on March 6, 2026, and close on March 18, 2026.
This will be the 1st share sale at Gujarat International Finance Tec City under the regulatory framework of the International Financial Services Centres Authority.
The public issue is open to eligible investors including Non-Resident Indians, foreign portfolio investors, institutional investors and other permitted overseas participants.
The equity shares will be listed on NSE International Exchange and India International Exchange at GIFT City, India’s International Financial Services Centre.
The shares will be traded as dollar-denominated instruments within the IFSC structure.

XED Executive Development provides executive education services to senior professionals across more than 25 countries. Its operations span India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and North America.
The company has stated that the capital raised will be used for global programme expansion, university partnerships and delivery capabilities across key markets.
Global Horizon Capital Advisors IFSC is the sole book running lead manager to the issue. DBS Bank and RBL Bank are acting as bankers, while KFin Technologies is the registrar. The IPO reflects capital raising activity under the IFSC regulatory structure at GIFT City.
The $12 million IPO by XED Executive Development is scheduled to open on March 6, 2026, and close on March 18, 2026. With a price band of $10 to $10.5 per share and listings on NSE International Exchange and India International Exchange, the issue marks the 1st share sale at GIFT City under the IFSC framework.
