Augmont Enterprises to Launch IPO on August 21, 2026; Price Band Set at ₹750–788 Per Share

Augmont Enterprises Ltd is launching its ₹825 crore Initial Public Offer (IPO) on August 21, 2026. The issue will have a price band of ₹750-788 per equity share, as per PTI reports. The issue will close on August 25, 2026, with the anchor bidding window opening on August 20, 2026.
The issue has a ₹620 crore fresh share sale, and a ₹205 crore offer for sale. The offer for sale will see Namita Ketan Kothari, Vivek Prithviraj Kothari and Dimple Mukesh Kothari sell their shares.
SEBI approved the DRHP in January 2026 after the September 2025 filing.
Bidding and Allocation
In total, up to ₹4 crore of shares have been reserved for employees. Of the net offer, 50% will be available to qualified institutional buyers, 35% to retail investors, and 15% to non-institutional investors.
Investors must bid for at least 19 shares, with additional shares to be applied for in multiples of 19. At ₹788, a retail application will range from ₹14,972 to ₹1,94,636.
Use of Funds
Augmont Enterprises plans to use ₹465 crore from the net IPO proceeds for working capital. This will cover inventory purchases, maintenance, expansion, and advance margin requirements.
The balance will be used for general corporate purposes.
Gold and Silver Operations
The Mumbai-based company works across the gold and silver value chain, including procurement and refining, bullion trading, digital gold, jewellery manufacturing, international sales and gold-backed financial services.
It operates across 24 states. Its Augmont SPOT and Augmont Gold For All platforms together generated ₹84,762.62 crore in revenue in FY26, against ₹56,523.26 crore in FY25.
