Apana Logistics IPO Overview 

Apana Logistics launched a fixed price public issue of ₹34.14 crore, which consisted entirely of a fresh issue of 56.90 lakh shares. The public subscription period commenced on September 7, 2026, and successfully concluded on September 9, 2026. 

 The share price was set at ₹60 per share with a face value of ₹10 each. Retail applications required a minimum lot size of 2,000 shares, translating to an investment of ₹2,40,000.  

Corporate Makers Capital Limited managed the book running, Kfin Technologies Limited acted as the registrar, and Prabhat Financial Services Limited served as the market maker for its upcoming listing on the BSE SME platform. 

The Apana Logistics IPO subscribed 1.26 times. 

Business Overview of Apana Logistics 

Incorporated in January 1992, the company provides diversified logistical support for container transportation and handling across major Indian ports, Inland Container Depots, and Container Freight Stations.  

The operational scope spans road transportation, third-party warehouse cargo handling, and the management of heavy machinery. As of March 31, 2026, the company maintained an owned fleet comprising 33 truck-trailers, 5 reach stackers, and 2 cranes. Backed by a workforce of 62 permanent employees, the enterprise leverages established infrastructure partnerships and aggressive bidding strategies to secure large-scale logistics and cargo handling tenders throughout the region. 

Financial Overview of Apana Logistics 

The restated financial metrics demonstrate strong upward momentum. Between the fiscal years ending March 31, 2025, and March 31, 2026, total income expanded from ₹21.61 crore to ₹31.07 crore. Profit after tax recorded a substantial surge of 89 percent, rising from ₹3.11 crore to ₹5.86 crore during the same window.  

EBITDA scaled up to ₹11.32 crore from ₹6.15 crore in the previous year. The balance sheet reflects growing structural stability, with net worth climbing to ₹20.27 crore while total borrowings reduced from ₹8.00 crore down to ₹6.30 crore by March 2026. 

Objective of Apana Logistics IPO 

The net proceeds raised from this public offer are strategically earmarked to fund vital expansion plans and long-term business sustainability. The primary deployment of the capital involves funding the company's manufacturing and cargo capacities through the purchase of specialized reach stackers.  

This capital expenditure targets an improvement in direct operational control and a reduced reliance on third-party machinery rentals. The remaining balance of the public fund allocation will support general corporate purposes, including daily operational liquidity, brand growth initiatives, and covering the statutory expenses related to the public listing process.
