Anya Polytech IPO, one of the upcoming IPOs, allotment status is set for today, December 31, 2024. You can check the allotment status on the registrar’s website, Skyline Financial Services Private Ltd, as well as on the NSE website.

Successful bidders can expect the shares to be credited to their demat accounts on Wednesday, January 1, 2025. Those who did not receive an allotment will likely receive refunds on the same day.

Subscription Status

Anya Polytech IPO was opened from December 26 to December 30, 2024. As of December 30, 2024, 6:19 PM, the IPO achieved an overall subscription of 439.8 times. The qualified institutional buyers (QIB) category was subscribed 150.8 times, while the non-institutional investor (NII) and retail investor portions saw subscriptions of 1,100.39 times and 321.53 times, respectively.

Details of Anya Polytech IPO

Anya Polytech IPO is a book-built issue totalling ₹44.80 crore. It includes a fresh issue of 320.00 lakh shares.

The price band for the IPO was set between ₹13 to ₹14 per share. The minimum lot size for an application is 10,000. The minimum amount of investment required by retail investors is ₹1,40,000.

Anya Polytech shares are scheduled to be listed on the NSE SME platform on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
