Applicants qualifying through education must provide Study Certificates, Marks Cards, or Transfer Certificates from recognised institutions. These documents should prove at least 10 academic years of study in Karnataka up to Class XII or II PUC.
Those applying through property ownership need to present Title Deeds, Khata Certificates, or current Property Tax Paid Receipts. These documents must prove ownership, possession, or lawful occupation of residential property in Karnataka.
Applicants or their parents who are public servants must provide Service Certificates or official employment records. These should confirm at least 7 years of service in a Government body, local authority, or public institution in Karnataka.
Applicants applying based on marriage must submit a Marriage Certificate and their spouse's valid Karnataka PRC or records proving their spouse's permanent residency eligibility.
