The Country Liquor (CL) and Indian-made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) manufacturer, GM Breweries Limited (GM Breweries), has set May 22, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend for FY25. On April 15, 2025, GM Breweries had declared a final dividend of ₹7.50. The company further stated that the final dividend will be paid within the statutory timelines.

What Does GM Breweries Record Date Means for Shareholders?

As GM Breweries has set May 22 as the record date for its final dividend, meaning that May 21, marks the last day to buy GM Breweries shares to become eligible for the final dividend. Further, any shares bought on or after May 22 (record date), won't be eligible for the final dividend.

GM Breweries Q4FY25 Earnings Overview

GM Breweries reported a standalone net profit of ₹60.5 crore for the fourth quarter of FY25, down from ₹86.6 crore recorded in the same period last year. Despite the year-on-year decline in bottom line, the company witnessed steady revenue growth, with total income rising 6% to ₹169.3 crore, compared to ₹159.6 crore in Q4 FY24.

Operational performance improved notably, with EBITDA climbing 17% year-on-year to ₹29 crore. The company’s operating margin also expanded to 17.2%, up from 15.5% in the previous fiscal’s corresponding quarter, reflecting enhanced efficiency and cost management.
