To participate in the reel contest, citizens need to:
- Create a 1-minute reel (in portrait mode)
- Submit an original, high-resolution video in MP4 format
- Use English, Hindi, or any regional language (with captions if possible)

Participants must also ensure the video has not been previously published to stand a chance to win.
Big Rewards for the Best Reels
The government will reward a total of 85 winners:
- Top 10 winners will receive ₹15,000 each
- Next 25 winners will get ₹10,000
- Next 50 winners will be awarded ₹5,000
