- Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years old.
- Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Bihar.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed one of the following:
- Passed Class 12 (Higher Secondary)
- Hold an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate
- Diploma from a Polytechnic Institute
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field
- Skill Development: Preference is given to those who have undergone skill development training or certification.
- Family Income: The family’s annual income should not exceed ₹8 lakh.
- No Government Employment: No immediate family member should be a permanent government employee.

- Class 12 Pass Candidates: ₹4,000 per month stipend during internship.
- ITI Diploma Holders: ₹5,000 per month.
