
The Government of Tamil Nadu, through Guidance Tamil Nadu, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with ANSR, a global firm known for establishing and scaling Global Capability Centres for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth enterprises.
The partnership is intended to enhance Tamil Nadu’s position as a competitive global destination for technology, innovation and advanced services.
Key Highlights of the Partnership
ANSR brings extensive experience with more than 200 GCCs established, over 200,000 professionals hired and 21 years of operational expertise across global markets. Its work spans AI engineering, cybersecurity, product development, digital commerce, research and development, data science and enterprise operations, supported by 12 million sq. ft. of enabled infrastructure.
As per the news reports, Thiru T.R.B. Rajaa, Minister for Industries, Investment Promotion & Commerce, said, “Through this partnership, ANSR will help bring in the next wave of global corporations. We will support them with policy enablement, fast approvals, site selection, and strong talent linkages. We want Tamil Nadu to be the world’s most competitive GCC destination.”

Tamil Nadu currently hosts GCCs across technology, automotive, BFSI, engineering, aerospace and retail sectors. With a dedicated GCC policy and one of the fastest-growing tech workforces, the State expects the collaboration to generate new investments, create high-value employment, and expand innovation capabilities.
