The MHADA Konkan Board has released the official schedule for the 2025 Housing Lottery. This scheme, aimed at providing affordable homes to people, follows a clear timeline. Here's everything you need to know, right from the stage of application review to the final lottery draw.
The application window closes on August 13, 2025. After this date, no new applications will be accepted. Applicants are advised to double-check their submissions before the deadline.
MHADA will release a provisional list of all valid applications on August 21, 2025. This list will be available on the official MHADA website. It will include names of applicants who have met all eligibility criteria and whose documents have been accepted.
From August 21 to 6 PM on August 25, applicants can review the provisional list and raise objections if they find any errors in their application status. This is a crucial step. Applicants must act quickly if they believe their application has been wrongly rejected or if there is any mistake in the listing.
After reviewing objections, MHADA will release the final list of eligible applicants on September 1, 2025, by 6 PM. This list confirms who will be entered into the lottery draw.
The much-awaited lottery draw will take place on September 3, 2025, starting at 10 AM. The venue is Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar Natyagruha, Thane (West). The draw will be conducted using the upgraded IHLMS 2.0 system to ensure full transparency. Results will be announced and published online the same day.
