Chhattisgarh Secures Investment Proposals Worth ₹9,580 Crore at Hyderabad Investors Connect

Chhattisgarh has received investment proposals totalling ₹9,580 crore during the Investors Connect event held in Hyderabad, as per an ANI news report.
The proposals span multiple sectors, including digital infrastructure, manufacturing, renewable energy and pharmaceuticals, and are expected to create around 7,800 direct employment opportunities.
Data Centre and Cement Projects Lead Investment Commitments
The largest proposal came from Hypernext Data Center Limited, which expressed interest in investing ₹4,200 crore to establish a data centre in the state. The project is expected to generate around 250 jobs.
Another major proposal was submitted by Feegrade and Company Private Limited, which plans to invest ₹2,912 crore in the cement sector. The project has the potential to create around 4,000 jobs.
In the semiconductor space, Nivai Labs Private Limited proposed an investment of ₹1,000 crore for semiconductor and GPU infrastructure, with an estimated employment potential of approximately 200 people.
Proposals Received Across Multiple Sectors
SG Mart Limited proposed an investment of ₹700 crore in solar energy equipment manufacturing, while Shri Saravana Mills Private Limited outlined plans to invest ₹528 crore in the textile sector, with the project expected to generate around 2,500 jobs.
The state also received proposals from Kabra Drugs, which plans to invest ₹200 crore in pharmaceutical manufacturing and healthcare-related activities, and Dinshaw's Dairy Foods Private Limited, which proposed a ₹40 crore investment in milk processing and value addition.
Chief Minister Highlights Investment Environment
During the event, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai said the state is supported by streamlined approvals, a single-window system and industry-friendly policies.
Referring to Hyderabad's development, he said, “Hyderabad's journey from an emerging IT destination to a global technology and innovation hub is inspiring. Chhattisgarh is working on a similar roadmap, and we are already witnessing encouraging results in sectors such as IT, manufacturing and services.”
The Chief Minister also met representatives from several companies and organisations during the visit, including discussions on industrial investments and a proposal for a 650-bed charitable hospital in Raipur.
