  • Backward Integration and Expansion: Expanding into new markets and developing in-house PCB assembly capabilities through its subsidiary could improve supply chain control and operational efficiency.

Risks and Threats of Wiscon Industries IPO

  • Supplier Concentration: Over 99% of stock-in-trade purchases come from the top 10 suppliers, without long-term supply agreements, exposing the company to supply disruptions and price fluctuations.

  • Customer Concentration: More than 60% of revenue comes from the top 10 customers, while reliance on periodic purchase orders creates risks from order cancellations or reduced volumes.

  • Product Concentration: LED TVs and electric scooters contribute over 92% of operating revenue, increasing exposure to changes in demand, competition and regulations affecting these segments.

  • Geographical Concentration: Delhi and Uttar Pradesh account for over 74% of revenue and more than 95% of domestic purchases, increasing exposure to regional disruptions.

  • Technological Obsolescence: Rapid technological changes, short product lifecycles and evolving consumer preferences may require frequent product updates.

  • Pricing and Compliance Risks: Competition from e-commerce platforms and discounting by brands may pressure margins. Changes in quality standards and reliance on third-party manufacturers for BIS registrations also pose compliance risks.
