Vinod Texworld Limited is engaged in the manufacturing, processing and sale of textile fabrics. The company mainly processes greige fabric through dyeing and printing to produce finished fabrics. Its product portfolio includes cotton, polyester and blended fabrics, which are used in the fast-fashion segment.
The company manages the production process from greige fabric to dyed and printed fabric, with a focus on quality, product innovation, technology upgrades and meeting changing customer requirements. It serves customers across several Indian states, including Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal. The company also caters to international customers through exports.
The business is primarily focused on the domestic market, which contributed 99.01% of revenue from operations in FY2025, while exports accounted for the remaining 0.99%. Revenue from operations increased from ₹200.67 crore in FY2023 to ₹335.37 crore in FY2025, indicating growth in the company's business during the period.
Vinod Texworld is also taking steps towards process improvement, technological advancement and the adoption of renewable energy as part of its focus on operational efficiency and sustainability.

The Company plans to raise ₹42.83 crore through a 100% fresh issue of 45.56 lakh equity shares. After issue-related expenses and the market maker portion, the Company expects net proceeds of ₹40.69 crore.
- Funds will be used to expand the existing fabric processing, dyeing and printing facility in Ahmedabad to increase production capacity.
