It was later converted into a public limited company and renamed SRIT India Limited on May 16, 2025.
SRIT India operates as an IT and IT-enabled services (IT/ITeS) solutions provider, offering digital transformation, application development, system integration, infrastructure management, and managed services across multiple sectors.
