About Skytech Infinite Platform Limited

Skytech Infinite Platform Limited was originally incorporated as Skytech Infinite Platform Private Limited on May 28, 2009, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. The company was subsequently converted into a public limited company and renamed Skytech Infinite Platform Limited on July 9, 2024.

The company specialises in providing comprehensive turnkey automation solutions, including design, engineering, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of various automation and control panel systems. It delivers end-to-end solutions from conceptualisation through completion for industrial automation projects.

Skytech is engaged in the manufacturing of automation control panels that integrate programmable logic controllers (PLCs), drive systems, switchgear, sensors and actuators. Retail investors can apply for a minimum of 2 lots, comprising 3,200 shares. At the upper price band of ₹77 per share, the minimum investment amount is ₹2,46,400. 

The basis of allotment for the Skytech Infinite Platform IPO is expected to be finalised on August 19, 2026, subject to the IPO schedule. Investors can check their allotment status after it is finalised through the registrar or stock exchange websites.
