About Om Galaxy IPO

Om Galaxy IPO is a book-built issue worth ₹105.00 crore. The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 1.17 crore shares, aggregating to ₹105.00 crore. 

The IPO will open for subscription on September 10, 2026, and close on September 15, 2026. The allotment is expected to be finalized on September 16, 2026. The shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform, with the tentative listing date set for September 18, 2026. 

The price band for the Om Galaxy IPO is fixed at ₹85 to ₹90 per share. The lot size is 1,600 shares. Retail investors need to apply for at least 3,200 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹2,88,000 at the upper price band. For HNI investors, the minimum application is 3 lots, or 4,800 shares, amounting to ₹4,32,000 at the upper price band. 

Indorient Financial Services Ltd. is the book running lead manager for the IPO, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar. Aikyam Capital Pvt. Ltd. has been appointed as the market maker for the issue. 

About Om Galaxy

Om Galaxy Limited is a precision engineering company that designs and manufactures moulds and tooling solutions for various industries. The company mainly caters to B2B customers in India and international markets, including North America, Asia and Africa. 

Its main business is the manufacturing of pipe fitting and industrial moulds, which are used in industries such as building materials, plumbing and polymer processing. The company also manufactures automotive moulds for automotive component manufacturers through its subsidiary, OMG Auto Mould Private Limited. 

Through another subsidiary, Infuse HRS Private Limited, the company manufactures Hot Runner Systems (HRS) used in injection moulding applications. It also has a consumer products business that manufactures household cleaning products such as mops, brushes and brooms, which are sold under the WONDRA brand. 

The company specialises in injection and blow moulding technologies and operates manufacturing facilities in Vasai and Pune, Maharashtra. Its product portfolio allows it to serve customers across multiple end-use industries and markets.

Om Galaxy IPO Objectives

  1. ₹7,466.36 lakh (74.6% of net proceeds) will be used for capital expenditure towards setting up a new manufacturing unit and consolidating existing facilities. It has an estimated total project cost of ₹10,031.90 lakh, with ₹7,466.36 lakh funded through the IPO proceeds.
  2. The new manufacturing unit is planned to expand production capacity for pipe fitting moulds, industrial moulds and automotive components.
  3. ₹1,500 lakh (15% of net proceeds) will be used for the repayment or prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings, helping reduce the company’s debt and interest burden.
  4. ₹1,034.12 lakh (10.4% of net proceeds) is earmarked for general corporate purposes, including operational, administrative and other business requirements.
  5. The IPO is expected to generate ₹10,000.48 lakh in net proceeds, with the majority allocated towards capacity expansion.

Industry Outlook

  1. India’s dies and moulds market was valued at ₹49,560 crore in FY2026 and is projected to grow at a CAGR of 11.7% during FY2026-FY2030F.
  2. The PLI scheme for automobiles and auto components attracted cumulative investments of ₹44,326 crore as of March 2026, supporting new manufacturing capacity and localisation of components.
  3. Around 34% of moulds are currently imported, creating significant potential for domestic manufacturers through import substitution and localisation initiatives.
  4. Demand for pipe fittings dies and moulds is expected to benefit from government initiatives such as Jal Jeevan Mission, Smart Cities, and micro-irrigation programmes, which support the development of water and agricultural infrastructure.
  5. The PM Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana and Krishonnati Yojana have a combined proposed outlay of around ₹1 lakh crore for FY2025-FY2031, supporting investments in agriculture and water-use efficiency.
  6. The industrial dies and moulds segment is projected to grow at a 10.9% CAGR during FY2026-FY2030F, supported by sustained manufacturing activity.
  7. India’s Index of Industrial Production (IIP) grew 5.1% year-on-year in May 2026, indicating continued momentum in industrial production and potential demand for industrial moulds.

  1. The company is led by promoters and senior management with extensive experience in the mould manufacturing industry. Chairman and Managing Director Opindersingh Bachattarsingh Baddhan has 37 years of industry experience and oversees the company’s strategic direction and operations.
  2. The company manufactures pipe fitting and industrial moulds, automotive moulds, Hot Runner Systems (HRS) and cleaning products, allowing it to serve multiple end-use industries.
  3. Since its inception in 2008, the company has expanded from producing 400–600 mm moulds to large and complex moulds of up to 64 cavities and weighing 6–7 tonnes, demonstrating its ability to handle specialised requirements.
  4. Repeat customers contributed 75.60% of revenue from operations in FY2026, compared with 98.52% in FY2025 and 87.70% in FY2024, indicating strong customer retention and recurring business.

  3. The company does not have long-term binding agreements with all major customers or definitive agreements with suppliers, creating uncertainty around future orders and raw material availability.
