About Kwick Forensic Solutions Limited

Kwick Forensic Solutions Limited was originally incorporated as Teckgy Assurance Private Limited and subsequently changed its name to Kwick Forensic Solutions Private Limited in 2024 to reflect its focus on forensic science, digital investigation solutions, and specialised forensic products. The company was later converted into a public limited company and renamed Kwick Forensic Solutions Limited.

The company operates in the forensic science and investigation technology sector, providing forensic products, forensic laboratory solutions, digital and cyber forensic tools, crime scene investigation equipment, mobile forensic vehicles, DNA forensic solutions, and related services. Its customer base primarily includes police departments, forensic science laboratories, government agencies, law enforcement authorities, training institutions, and other public sector organisations.

Kwick Forensic Solutions derives the majority of its revenue from the sale of forensic products and equipment, which contributed over 90% of its revenue in FY2026. The company also generates revenue from forensic and technology-related services, supporting clients across criminal investigations, digital evidence analysis, cybercrime investigations, and forensic infrastructure development.

The company has developed relationships with several domestic and international original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and supplies specialised forensic technologies sourced from global partners. In addition to distributing forensic products, the company is focused on developing its own technology solutions, including digital forensic platforms, AI-powered judicial assistance solutions, laboratory information management systems, and advanced forensic devices.

Kwick Forensic Solutions’ growth strategy is centred on expanding its presence across India’s forensic and law enforcement ecosystem, strengthening its product portfolio, increasing domestic sourcing, investing in technology-led forensic solutions, and benefiting from the increasing adoption of forensic science under India’s evolving criminal justice framework and forensic modernisation initiatives.

Industry Outlook

  • India's forensic science sector is witnessing increased government support through forensic modernisation programmes, police modernisation initiatives, and investments in forensic infrastructure across states.
  • The implementation of new criminal laws, including provisions that encourage greater use of forensic evidence in investigations, is expected to drive demand for forensic equipment, forensic laboratories, and digital forensic solutions.
  • Rising cybercrime incidents, digital transactions, and technology-enabled offences are creating strong demand for cyber forensics, digital evidence management, and advanced forensic investigation tools.
  • Government agencies, police departments, forensic science laboratories, and judicial institutions are increasingly adopting technology-driven solutions to improve investigation efficiency and evidence management.
  • Despite growing demand, India's forensic ecosystem continues to face infrastructure gaps, forensic laboratory backlogs, and shortages of trained forensic professionals, creating significant opportunities for specialised solution providers.
  • Increased focus on crime scene investigation, DNA analysis, digital forensics, and evidence preservation is supporting demand for forensic products, mobile forensic laboratories, and forensic training solutions.
  • The industry remains competitive, with participation from government forensic laboratories, multinational technology providers, private forensic consultancies, and emerging technology-focused forensic companies, making innovation and specialised expertise important differentiators.

Kwick Forensic Solutions IPO Objectives

The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the IPO for the following objectives:

  • To meet the company's working capital requirements.
  • To support inventory procurement required for forensic products, specialised equipment, and project execution activities.
  • To fund increasing trade receivables arising from government and institutional customers with extended payment cycles.
  • To strengthen the company's ability to execute tender-based projects and large forensic infrastructure assignments.
  • To support procurement, integration, installation, and deployment of forensic products and solutions across client locations.
  • To enhance operational flexibility by reducing dependence on external borrowings for working capital requirements.
  • To meet general corporate purposes and support future business growth initiatives.
