About Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds Limited
Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds Limited was originally established as a partnership firm under the name M/s Super Vegetable Seeds on January 1, 2018. The partnership firm was subsequently registered on August 30, 2022, and was later converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, in the name of Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds Limited on February 20, 2024.
The company is engaged in the production, processing, marketing, and distribution of hybrid seeds across various crop categories. It primarily focuses on field crop and vegetable seeds, catering to the needs of farmers through its Dhanwel Seeds brand. The company operates from its processing facility located in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds generates its revenue through the sale of hybrid seeds and related agricultural products. Its product portfolio is largely concentrated in oilseeds, which contributed more than half of its revenue during FY26, while also serving customers across different agricultural crop segments.
The company has developed a network of dealers, distributors, and farmers to support seed production and distribution activities. Through collaborations with seed-growing farmers and its processing infrastructure, it aims to ensure the availability of quality seeds to agricultural communities across various regions.
Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds' growth strategy focuses on expanding its product portfolio, strengthening working capital, enhancing production capabilities, increasing market penetration, and leveraging the growing demand for hybrid seeds in India. The company also intends to improve operational efficiencies and support future growth through debt reduction and enhanced financial flexibility.
